More notes and a discussion thread will be started in the forums, however for now, at the very least become familiar with every aspect of this fight. I know we've all killed him in 10 man hard mode, however, we have outgeared that encounter for some while now and been coasting on cruise control.
Everyone needs to min/max for this fight, everyone will need to respec and reglyph for max AoE dps. Please take time outside of raid to research the best specs and glyphs that is available to your class for this fight. We'll need everyone playing their best to get this kill.
