Everyone must be knowledgeable about the basic mechanics of this fight. Read about them them here:

Before we pull this is what everyone needs to have setup for this fight:
1. Everyone needs to turn on name plates, a great name plate addon is Tidyplates, I highly recommend it for this fight. It is extremely important that everyone be aware of mob positioning in this fight, this addon will make it easier to see snowballs, valkyrs, adds, etc. Get it for this fight and use it.

2. All healers need to setup their raid frames for 2 abilities: Infest, Harvest Soul, Soul Reaper. People with those debuffs need to be healed ASAP.
3. Everyone needs to turn on Chat Bubbles. DBM will make whoever is the current Defile target say out loud, Defile on Me. Turning on Chat Bubbles will make it easier for you to visual recognize where the Defile will land. You need to get away from that person ASAP.
4. Hunters, you need a focus tranq macro, get it ready. Also be ready to misdirect new adds constantly to the OT.
Phase 1:
3 point spread - we will explain this in raid, but take a very close look at your debuffs, everyone communicate, if you get Necrotic Plague run ASAP to the OT position and get dispelled; never ever ever stand in front of the mob, they have a conal breath that will 1 shot you.
DPS: Sit on boss, run out when you get Necrotic Plague.
Healers: Get Infest off everyone ASAP, to do so you must top them off, do not fail at this, the longer infest stays on a person the harsher it will start to tick. Configure your raid frames / grid, to heal off Infest ASAP. The longer it sticks on a person the harsher it will tick, which will make you fall behind on healer.
Hunters and rogues, misdirect new adds to the OT.
Phase 1-2 transition:
As soon as Arthas gets pushed through to Phase 2 we will once again reposition in a 3 point position, spread out to minimize Pain and Suffering stacks. Tanks and melee in the center, healers and ranged dps in two seperate spots - this is to minimize the stacks of Pain and Suffering. Odds left side of tanks, Evens right side of tanks.
Paladins: Use Aura Mastery while everyone runs off the platform.
Priests: Hymn during this transition, the entire raid will be moving and hps will drop as they will eat a tick of Remorseless Winter and multiple ticks of Pain and Suffering.
During phase transition, if you are selected as the Enraged Spirit target you must run ASAP to the tank positon. However mind your positioning, every mob during the transition phase has a conal breath - so never ever set yourself up in a position to get breathed on. Just simply position yourself in a spot so that it is easier for the tanks to pick up your raging spirit. If Necrotic Plague is still lingering from phase 1, keep dispelling it until it gets on a ghoul (if there are any still up), otherwise bounce it onto a tank who will then run out of raid and dispell them there.
Phase 2.
Watch the snowballs as you run back onto the platform. Do not wipe the raid by running in too early. This is what your nameplate addon is for, it makes it brain dead easy to see the snowballs coming toward the raid.
Melee, stay away from the OT during this transition - do not get breathed on by the raging spirits. Stay with the MT until the OT has everything positioned.
Rogues and Hunters: Tricks the MT as much as possible, he will be slapped with Vigilence and will be receiving intervenes throughout this phase.
Healers, the most dangerous aspect of healing in phase 2 is to heal off infest during defile. The raid will be spread out, and some may be out of range of your heals. Don't lose focus trying to chase down 1 or 2 people who mis-position themselves; it is their responsibility to be in range of you. The infest requires a ton of throughput and you cannot waste time trying to save that one person who straggled behind, the raid as a whole is much more important.
Valkyrs and Defile Timing during phase 2:
Everyone has to watch their DBM timers like hawks, when the Valkyr spawn time comes before Defile - everyone must stack on the Main Tank (warlocks however can setup themselves and their portals next to an edge and dps from there, if you get grabbed, simply port back to your portal), as soon as the Valkyr spawns this is what we need to do, DO NOT DEVIATE FROM THESE SETS OF ACTIONS:
IF VALKYR SPAWN BEFORE THE DEFILE
a. Raddeon will Holy Wrath all the Valkyrs.
b. DKs will Chains of Ice their targets, DKs use this macro, simply select a Valkyr and spam this macro. It will not overwrite another DK's mark so tab a Valkyr, click the macro - if your mark comes up, chains of ice it, if some other DK got its mark on it before you, select another Valkyr and chains of ice it. You guys have 3 seconds to pull this off. (note, do not macro this marking macro and chains of ice together. You cannot accidentally overlap chains of ice, you must chains of ice your own mark and your own mark only.)
/script if GetRaidTargetIndex("target")==nil then SetRaidTargetIcon("target",1) end
The 2nd argument of SetRaidTargetIcon() is:
1 - Star
2 - Circle
3 - Diamond
4 - Triangle
5 - Moon
6 - Square
7 - X
8 - Skull
Rogues, Warlocks, EVERYONE, DO NOT STUN off the bat. Just make sure crippling poison lands on every single Valkyr. If positioning is good, the stun DR (15 seconds) will refresh by the time the Valkyr is near the edge of the platform. Save your full length stuns for when the Valkyr is near the edge. NO ONE STUN until the Valkyrs are near the edges of the platform.
c. Defile is coming! After the Valkyrs have grabbed the targets, that is everyone's queue to spread out and run out of the center of the platform - the circle. Do not spawn a defile inside that circle. Spread out, don't grow the Defile, then get on the Valkyr IMMEDIATELY.
IF THE DEFILE SPAWNS BEFORE THE VALKYRS
Everyone needs to spread out, don't worry about DPS, don't worry about healing, just spread out before the defile is declared. Once defile is declared, re-collapse in the center for Valkyr. Hunters, you too need to collapse. We need the Holy Wrath setup to mark targets and organize the snares and roots on the Valkyrs. Do not stand apart from the raid.
After collapsing and Valkyrs grabbing their targets, another defile will be spawning on the raid, so stay spread while you DPS down the Valkyrs. Melee, you have be very careful here, because if one of you is declared the defile target - you must run away from the other melee ASAP. You'll have less than 2 seconds to get away from the melee clump before the Defile spawns - so save things like sprint for this occasion.
