1. During Phase 1 (100%-35%) Healers and Caster DPS the #1 rule is to NOT panic when you get Unstable Magic. Trust your raid mates. The absolute worst thing that you can do is to not pay attention to your UM stacks. Do no more, no less. If you are afflicted with UM, stop casting. You will do more damage to the raid by blowing up during a Blistering Cold than the good you will do getting heals off here and there.
2 During Air Phase, always Focus on the Frost Bombs, do not worry about Ice Block DPS during air phase. The problem with Ice blocks is that they always go down too fast. As long as everyone white hits the ice blocks it will go down. Dots + AoEs + etc = Ice Blocks will go down. Do not risk dying during the air phase.
3. During Phase 3 (35% -0%) Do not linger in the old Ice Block spot, once the Ice Block in front of you goes down, get to the center. If ever in doubt center up between the right or left ice block positions. Whatever more little DPS or healing that you do by not moving quickly will be quickly offset by you getting ice blocked. Don't stress the 1 or 2 seconds lost in healing or DPSing, just move and center up.
